Every Monday and Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. If you can’t attend, the course is also available in video format.

The Stop Panic program includes several methods that help you deal with panic and panic attacks. You will understand panic attacks and your panic disorder better, and we will learn useful skills and strategies for panic management.
This course is based on different behavioral therapies such as CBT, NLP, EMDR, and Model. I have developed the most effective method for my patients with my own unique model therapies.
What can you expect from the course?
The Stop Panic program consists of 6 modules that you can attend live or watch later.
I will provide information about panic disorder and demonstrate skills and strategies that will help you:
• Identify the symptoms of panic disorder
• Control your own panic symptoms and mood
• Regain control over your physical symptoms
• Manage and reduce panic attacks
The program is flexible. If you can't attend the given time slot, you can watch the video later. To get the most out of the program, it is recommended that you dedicate two hours a week to this program and practice the exercises.
