Do you find it difficult to calm down and regain control of yourself during your panic and anxiety attacks? As a therapist, I help you get rid of your phobias, fears, panic attacks and anxiety.

My method consists of three parts

Firstly, we will start the immediate treatment of symptoms; I will give you permanent help when the panic surfaces. How can you alleviate or even eliminate these yourself in a few minutes if I’m not by your side?

Secondly, by going down to the subconscious level, we eliminate the triggering stimuli together and make your nervous system stronger and much more resistant. You will have much more self-confidence in the face of stress. In other words, instead of trying to go against nature, we learn to manage and control our phobia and not see it as an enemy.

Thirdly, with practical therapy, we weed out the irrational fears and negative brain connections that cause your phobia. Since phobias do not arise according to logic, they cannot be nullified by logical persuasion. We call on the non-brain understanding of your consciousness, a natural method that our brain uses to process trauma anyway.
